Thank you for your participation in the ICSE 2023, Nov. 19-24, 2023 at BPEX in Busan, Korea. We are pleased to inform you a free Busan Port Tour as one of the social events during the ICSE2023. Please consider that you may not have the ticket if your application is too late because of the limited number of ticket.

Busan Port Tour Schedule and Operations

The ICS2023 Port Tour is open for applicants.There will be a total of 4  sessions. Each tour session is scheduled for 1 hour.

Tour Highlights

Experience the picturesque port and its stunning surroundings. Learn about the local maritime history and notable landmarks. Enjoy the serene beauty of the waterfront.

Schedule :

1st Tour : 2023. 11. 21(Tue) 10:40 – 11:40

2nd ~ 4th : 2023. 11. 22(Wed) 10:40 – 17:00

Meeting Point

The meeting point for all tours will be a waiting area in front of the tourist cruise ship dock. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth departure. Please check the application form for the detailed meeting point.

Fees

The Port Tour is complimentary for all registered ICSE2023 attendees.

Reservations

It is recommended to make reservations in advance to secure your seat. Reservations can be completed through the following link. (https://forms.gle/nUkbqvpN5ex2ztZ9A). You can apply for participation only once during the ICSE2023.

* The deadline for reservation is November 14th (Tue) by 17:00 PM (Korean time).
