1. Oral presentation

Keynote Presentation Time 25 minutes (20 minutes Presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
Invited Presentation Time 20 minutes (15 minutes Presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
Oral Presentation Time 15 minutes (10 minutes Presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)

Presentation Suggestions

  • Be considerate of other speakers and the audience by staying within your allotted time. Session moderators will hold you to the allotted time. This is essential to ensure adequate time for questions and discussion as well as adherence to schedule
  • Please wear your name tag and follow the instructions of the session chair.
  • Please upload your presentation material on the computer in the conference room by 10 mins before the session.
  • Any standard fonts provided by MS Office may be used. If not, please attach the font file(s) with the presentation file.
  • Please check your presentation file in advance of your presentation to ensure your file works properly.
  • If your presentation file contains animations or movies, you are advised to check over technical matters 3 hours prior to your session.
  • To avoid technical problems during the presentation, all presenters are asked to use prepared Laptop.
  • We recommend you bring a copy of your presentation to the meeting in case there is a problem with one.

2. Poster Presentation

How the Session Will go
  • Presenters are responsible for posting their materials on poster boards during put-up time at the latest.
  • The presenters should print, bring and post the posters at the designated spot for on-site availability.
  • Presenters make sure to stand by their posters during the presentation time. It is important that you present during this time slot, in order to answer questions.
  • The ICSE2023 secretariat is not responsible for any posters that may be lost, stolen, damaged or left behind after the designated time. Posters left will thus be disposed of.

Poster Board Specifications

  • Each poster session presenter will be provided with an 0.9 m (width) x 1.2 m (height) poster board.
  • All presenters should print and bring their posters and no specific format required
  • We do not specify the poster format, but each poster should include the paper title, authors and affiliation must fit within the space.
  • The poster Paper Number is attached on the top of the board.
  • Items needed to attach the posters will be provided by the ICSE2023 secretariat.
  • Please be prepared to 3-5mins speech and answer questions from poster session chair with wear your name tag.
  • Please make sure that your poster is presented properly to avoid being listed as a no-show poster.
