Invitation Letter for Visa Application
An official invitation letter will be sent by the General Chair of ICSE2023 upon request. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. To request an official invitation letter, participant should first complete the registration process. After complete the online registration process, please send the invitation request form to the secretariat (

Privacy Policy Acceptance
The KSSSE collects and keeps record of the personal information of its members to ensure the members can enjoy fully the benefits of membership. This personal information includes the members’ name, affiliation, e-mail and phone contact. This information is collected to ensure timely communication between the members, elected KSSSE officials and the KSSSE office to ensure that the members can exercise all membership benefits guaranteed by the KSSSE constitution and Bylaws.
